SmallSat will assist you in arranging for a room and A/V for your meeting. SmallSat will also advertise official Side Meetings on the Conference website, in the smartphone app, and in the on-site program. Requests will be considered by committee on a first-come, first-served basis. Request forms must be received by May 23, 2025. An official Side Meeting must meet the following conditions:
• Side Meetings may be held outside of technical session hours starting Sunday, August 10 at 8:00am. Official Conference start is Monday, August 11.
• Limit of one official Side Meeting per company or organization.
• Meetings are limited to 1.5 hours.
• Panels are limited to one per time block on a first-come basis.
• Payment must be received before any meeting will be advertised.
• Room assignments will be made on a first come basis.
• Side Meeting Rooms will be equipped with one screen and projector and one microphone with a stand.
• Additional Audio-Visual Equipment will be available for rental. Please indicate addition
